It’s a New Year around the world and we wish your 2021 is off to an amazing start!
In many parts of the western world a mental phenomenon called Seasonal Affective Disorder occurs during the winter months.
The typical symptoms are:
Loss of energy, Trouble concentrating, Fatigue, Food Cravings, and the need to be alone and rest.
Basically, millions of people around the world begin to feel depressed in the last 2 weeks of January.
If you are experiencing any symptoms contact your physician and hopefully, they can either prescribe a medication or recommend a course of action to combat your mental and physical health ailments.
Exercise, eating a balanced and nutritional meal, increasing your day-light exposure or supplements to increase your natural melatonin production may all be useful in getting yourself back on track!
